Quality Checking

We are committed to delivering high-quality products. Our QC staff receive comprehensive training in paint and durability inspection. To ensure this commitment, decoys are inspected three times.

The first inspection occurs post-molding, checking for shape and scratches. Hardness of the decoy according to customer's specifications.

The second inspection, verifying color and paint scheme accuracy, is performed while the painted decoys are drying on the cart.

During packing, a final inspection is performed. Each decoy is individually bagged to prevent scuffing. Any non-conformity identified at any stage of production results in rejection or corrective action.
