Painting

Painting operations are carried out in a dedicated area on one side of the second building. Molded plastic pieces are delivered there for priming and painting.

Three painting booths are used for base/primer coats, and three spray-painting lines enable high-volume production of 1,000 to 2,000 decoys daily.

A separate flocking booth provides the capability for specialized flocking, including Canada geese with flocked heads and tails, and full-body flocking for mallards and geese.

For decoys requiring assembly, we have a dedicated area to streamline the process before packing and shipping.
