Producing

At BC eCommerce Industries, we have an array of blow-mold machines capable of producing decoys in various sizes. Currently, we have eleven blow-mold machines and three injection mold machines.

Our smaller machines can produce decoy heads, our medium-sized machines are perfect for duck decoys, and our large machines can produce goose, turkey, and deer decoys.

Each plastic piece emerging from the machines is carefully checked by workers to ensure it is a complete and good-quality piece.

At the beginning, decoys are weighed to confirm they match the specified weight and checked for consistent thickness throughout the entire body. This allows workers to accurately control the amount of melted plastic for each run.

Production Under One Roof

An experienced technician is critical for a factory, as they determine the daily production capacity of decoys. Other types of decoy that we can produce include:

• Softer EVA plastic or EVA foam decoys
• Foam-filled plastic decoys
• Flocking of the head and tail for geese, as well as full-body flocking

Once the technician produces a basket full of decoys, another worker will collect the basket and move them to the next stage of the manufacturing process.
